Job summary

TriNet in the United States is seeking a Sales Consultant to pursue new prospects and sell TriNet's comprehensive HR solution to 5-99 employee companies within your territory. You will build your own book of business, manage opportunities, and execute the sales process with an organized calendar of activities.

You will use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo, engage C-level decision makers, and aim to exceed quota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build a book of business and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hit targets within defined territory.
• Prospect pipeline via cold calling, email, and referrals.
• Qualify opportunities and move deals through the sales cycle.
• Present proposals to C-level executives and business owners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to close deals and manage quotas.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve quota targets.
