Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business within a defined territory by prospecting and selling TriNet's comprehensive HR solution, including payroll, benefits, and HR services, to companies with 5-99 employees.

You will own your book of business, build ecosystem partnerships, and present proposals to decision makers, including C-level executives, to achieve quota and grow revenue in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build your own book of business and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hit targets across a defined territory.
• Prospect new clients via cold calling, email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify opportunities and develop trusted advisor relationships.
• Lead multi-step sales process with executive sponsorship and internal processes.
• Prepare proposals and present to prospective clients including C-level executives.
