Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Experience in business banking or commercial lending preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with new and existing clients to grow revenue.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate credit and non-credit products.
• Mitigate risk and ensure adherence to policies.
• Develop COI networks to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with internal partners to on-board and expand portfolio.
