Job summary

Verizon is seeking a self-motivated sales professional in Akron, OH to identify business challenges, consult on tailored solutions, and close deals for multi-product software and services.

You’ll travel within your territory (up to 50%), manage time effectively, and build strong client relationships while meeting revenue targets. Base pay plus commission reflects performance and geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to work in a mobile working model with travel within your assigned geographic sales territory (up to ~50%).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Developing and qualifying leads within territory to drive sales opportunities.
• Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
• Retaining, managing and growing the existing customer base.
• Educating and exciting customers with innovative business solutions.
• Building relationships with key decision makers.
• Presenting multi-product solution opportunities.
• Selling integrated software solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms.
• Tracking progress through sales tools.
• Drive sales and manage relationships for 1-19 employee segment.
