Job summary

Comcast is hiring for a Sales Representative to grow the Business Services footprint in West Palm Beach. You will present Comcast products to small-to-medium businesses, promote bundled solutions, and work toward aggressive sales targets while building lasting customer relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels meet expectations, manage leads, and conduct meetings in-person and on-site, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's Degree preferred; Comcast may consider applicants with combination of coursework and experience.
• Relevant Work Experience: 0-2 Years.
• Certifications (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Assists with face-to-face sales presentations for Comcast products and services.
• Promotes bundled products to deliver optimal customer solutions.
• Sells to exceed departmental, financial and unit targets.
• Generates new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling and referrals.
• Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Prepares sales and activity reports as required.
