The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to small business clients with revenues from $500K to $2.5M, expanding relationships, and growing revenue through cross-sell of loans, deposits, and cash management.

You’ll combine digital tools with personal connections, maintain a portfolio, and collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to ensure timely reporting and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4 years in relationship banking.
• Strong selling, analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lending policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for small business clients and recommend loans, deposits, and cash management.
• Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives and credit standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance and apply underwriting judgment.
• Coordinate with underwriting and internal teams to support reporting and client outcomes.
• Engage with community organizations to identify business development opportunities.
