U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

The role covers two to three branch locations, driving growth through proactive outreach and disciplined follow-through. Responsibilities include translating financial dynamics into practical guidance, cross-selling products, and maintaining CRM discipline while collaborating with branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance.
• Three or more years in customer service or consultative sales in small-business banking.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Reg Z; compliant with legal/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches; supports two to three locations.
• Proactively build and deepen client relationships through discovery, consultative selling, and follow-through.
• Offer financial solutions including deposits, lending, treasury, payments, and digital tools; manage CRM with focus on client value.
