Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches and small-business clients with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will provide expert financial guidance, prospect for new business, and coordinate solutions across deposits, lending, treasury, and payments to help clients grow. The role requires outside prospecting, disciplined follow-through, and building deep client relationships while maintaining CRM records and collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z, including record checks and compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, and consultative selling
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions: deposits, lending, treasury, payments, credit cards, and digital tools
• Collaborate with branches, COIs, clients and partners to coordinate relationship ownership and growth
• Maintain CRM discipline and drive revenue growth while complying with responsible banking practices
