Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue.

The role covers 2–3 branches, requiring outbound prospecting and strong relationship management to meet growth targets. Successful candidates will translate cash-flow dynamics and client goals into actionable recommendations, collaborate with internal partners, and maintain disciplined CRM usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFÉ Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Collaborate with branch teams and partners to address client needs and grow revenue.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate onboarding, activation, and ongoing client value.
