U.S. Bank seeks a proactive Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for multiple branches. You will deliver financial solutions to small businesses, cultivate deep client relationships, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

Role requires outside prospecting, strong product knowledge, and collaboration with branch teams. The position supports multiple offices, with a compensation package including base pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and related job experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, plus ongoing compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M annual revenue.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with partners for referral outcomes and client value.
