U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

The role requires outside prospecting, relationship management, and collaboration with branch teams to identify client needs and growth opportunities, utilizing products from deposits to treasury and payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small‑business banking experience
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service and provides comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M
• Actively develops internal and external relationships and collaborates with branch partners, centers of influence, clients, and other business line partners
• Maintains relationship ownership and coordination through handoff, decision, follow-up, activation, usage and demonstrated client value
• Engages with branches regularly to share referral outcomes and best practices for client growth opportunities
• Balances acquisition, deepening, and service while maintaining CRM discipline and responsible banking practices
