Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches. You will provide tailored financial solutions to small businesses with revenue between $500K and $2.5M, and engage in proactive outreach to deepen client relationships.

You will collaborate with branch teams and other lines, manage opportunities through CRM, and translate cash-flow dynamics into actionable guidance to help clients grow while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFÉ Act/Reg Z with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Prospect outside the bank and perform consultative selling to grow revenue and hit targets.
• Collaborate with branch teams, centers of influence, clients, and other business lines; maintain CRM discipline.
• Translate financial data and cash-flow dynamics into practical guidance and recommendations.
