The role requires outside prospecting, cross-branch collaboration, and a strong focus on building durable client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and job-related experience
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• NMLS registration under SAFEs Act & Regulation Z, with compliant record keeping

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million
• Drive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through to deepen client relationships
