Job summary

U.S. Bank in Colorado seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SBA banking partner for assigned branches. You will address complex small-business needs, translate cash-flow dynamics into practical guidance, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

The role requires outside prospecting, strong CRM discipline, and collaboration with branch teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in small-business banking and a business degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.

Responsibilities

• Primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Translate financial information, cash-flow dynamics, client goals, operating cycle considerations into practical guidance and solution recommendations.
