Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will engage in proactive outreach, balance acquisition with deepening relationships, and maintain CRM discipline while coordinating with branch teams to drive client value and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service consistent with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Act as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Proactively grow revenue through outside prospecting, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
