Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Professional Services Sales Manager to lead pre-sales engagements, scope and propose services alongside the core Rubrik platform. You’ll enable Account Executives and Sales Engineers to close deals by ensuring customers achieve long-term goals with Rubrik’s services.

Experience in data protection, cloud, and security is essential. You will travel up to 10% and collaborate across sales, delivery, and resilience teams to drive pipeline and bookings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical and sales roles, ideally in Professional Services or solution selling.
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security knowledge required.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities and build the services business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position offerings and close bigger deals.
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs leveraging AI-enabled workflows.
• Align pre-sales scope with post-sales delivery and success.
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings.
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and workshops; travel up to 10%.
