Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Services Engineering Leader to drive the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings across the Rubrik product portfolio. You will work closely with Product Management, Product Engineering, Global Practice Leaders, and PS Delivery teams to ensure offerings align with the technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of direct experience in Service NPI or Services Productization in a global SaaS/enterprise context.
• Proven track record taking complex enterprise tech services from concept to global field execution.
• Experience influencing across matrixed orgs including Product Management and Field Services.
• Executive-level communication with VP+ leadership and strategic initiative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings, playbooks, and delivery methodologies.
• Partner with Product Management and Product Engineering to build service packages and deployment frameworks.
• Continuously refresh the PS portfolio based on field feedback and market trends.
• Contribute to overall services strategy as part of the Global PS Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with Practice Leaders and Field Delivery to ensure viable, well-documented services and delivery artifacts.
• Equip sales and delivery teams with clear service scopes and value propositions.
