Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience in Professional Services or solution selling.
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security knowledge is essential.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
• Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enhanced sales tools to work smarter and increase impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities, scoping engagements and building the services business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings, methodology, and value.
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate turnaround.
• Coordinate with Professional Services delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian to align pre-sales scope with post-sales success.
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings.
• Lead on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops with Professional Services Specialists.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
