Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sr Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for our cloud data protection area. The role drives strategy, GTM execution, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams to accelerate adoption of Rubrik’s cloud solutions.

The candidate will craft positioning, develop sales assets, and produce content that communicates complex data-protection tech in clear customer terms. A strong, collaborative mindset and cloud-security knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree; MBA is a plus.
5–7 years in technology, strategy, consulting, or marketing-related roles with at least 2 years in product marketing/management.
Experience in B2B go-to-market.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments is desirable.
Experience in cybersecurity, data security, cloud security, or data protection.
Familiarity with Claude Cowork to accelerate research and GTM execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and define strategy with leadership for the cloud data protection area.
Craft positioning and messaging for target buyers across cloud.
Own and execute GTM plans for launches and campaigns to drive adoption.
Produce high-impact content translating complex tech into customer benefits.
Maintain competitive intelligence and support analyst engagements.
