Job summary

Volto USA is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Architect to act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in aligning platform capabilities with business outcomes and ensuring long-term health and scalability of their ServiceNow deployments.

The role focuses on advisory guidance rather than hands-on implementation, requiring deep knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and architecture patterns, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping platform strategy and governance.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Deep ServiceNow platform knowledge incl. CMDB, CSDM.
• Strong architectural decision-making and solution design.
• Relevant certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS.
• Experience with ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow workflow (ITOM/CSM/HRSD/SecOps).
• AI capabilities on ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Advisory: translate customer business objectives into a coherent platform strategy.
• Platform Health & Governance: lead governance to prevent platform health degradation.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate architectural and platform risks.
• Customer Engagement: build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate reviews.
• Technical Expertise: demonstrate platform capabilities and guide customers.
• Strategic AI Expertise: guide customers in adopting AI capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
