Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a 100% remote position in the United States. You will lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.

The ideal candidate brings enterprise-scale ServiceNow experience, strong stakeholder influence, and hands-on expertise in integrations, CMDB, discovery, and security. This role requires leadership in upgrades and release planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight+ years of ServiceNow experience in architecture/leadership roles.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities
