SRS Consulting Inc. is seeking a Platform Architect to serve as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding strategic and technical decisions to maximize ServiceNow value.

You will work across solution design, governance, data modeling, and AI integrations to shape platform roadmaps and health. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, executive conversations, and helping customers realize measurable outcomes through a healthy, scalable platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a platform architect or senior solution architect.
• Ability to define roadmaps and governance for complex platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Conducting solution design reviews on customer and partner work
• Guiding customers in defining their platform roadmap and sequencing workflow adoption
• Advising on data architecture, integration strategy, and platform data model alignment
• Advising on AI capabilities including Now Assist and AI Agents adoption
• Delivering accelerators from the architecture accelerator catalog in support of the customer's platform strategy and adoption goals
• Leading technical governance discussions and establishing governance frameworks
• Developing and tracking prioritized remediation plans
• Proactively identifying and tracking risks across architectural, technical, and platform health dimensions
• Facilitating working sessions, architectural reviews, and executive conversations
