Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Principal ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the ServiceNow platform strategy and technical direction. You will shape data models, integration patterns, and cross-team standards to ensure scalable, durable solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB/CSDM.

Partnerships with implementation teams and vendors will be key to delivering architecture that aligns with Dynatrace objectives. You will drive governance, review designs, and mentor the Platform team while charting the

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ServiceNow platform experience including architecture/lead roles.
• ServiceNow CSA/CIS/CAD/CTA certifications are preferred or in progress.
• Demonstrated expertise across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Establish and enforce platform engineering standards, coding guidelines, and governance.
• Review and approve designs; guide implementation partners to meet Dynatrace standards.
• Lead cross-functional solution design across ITSM, Employee Center Pro, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, and IntegrationsHub.
• Oversee Now Assist and GenAI adoption with guardrails for AI-enabled service delivery.
