Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decisions or problem solving.
• Federal Experience required
• CTA/CMA highly preferred.
• Skills: SecOps, IRM/GRC/CAM; ITOM; ITSM; Core Platform
• Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS certifications
• Consulting experience in top-tier firms or OEM/cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with the c-suite and business leaders to translate vision into outcomes and a customer roadmap.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to translate business requirements into an architectural blueprint.
• Position ServiceNow as the system of action to enable the digital transformation roadmap.
• Establish and advise on technical governance domains and related processes.
• Drive platform health by guiding remediation of configurations not aligned with best practices.
• Advocate advisory practices and industry use cases with clients.
• Contribute thought leadership on advisory and co-delivery methods.
• Guide customers through prescriptive solution design and implementation decisions.
• Define platform solutions aligned to delivered capabilities.
