Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect in the United States (Virginia) to lead solutioning and platform health across the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will guide architecture decisions, CMDB health initiatives, and roadmap alignment with business objectives.

With 12+ years in solution architecture and 5+ years in ServiceNow, you will drive upgrades, standardization, and collaboration with client teams to deliver high-value platform solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ecosystem as an Architect.
• At least 2 implementation project experiences, one of which is for large customers.
• Experience implementing multiple products of ServiceNow.
• Lead CMDB health improvement initiatives focusing on completeness, correctness & compliance.
• Implement Common Service Data Model (CSDM) best practices.
• Experience with upgrades, simplification of customizations.
• Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions.
• Ability to work in a consulting & advisory role with customer.

• Serve as expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams and lead solutioning sessions.
