CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering. You will lead platform strategy, governance, and engineering delivery for the enterprise ServiceNow platform from a remote location.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or Business or equivalent.
- 10+ years managing IT systems and projects in large orgs.
- 10+ years acquiring/managing technology professionals.
- 10+ years of people management experience.
- 5+ years in matrix management and influence environments.
- Proven ability to communicate with exec and ops teams.
- Experience leading large-scale programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year ServiceNow strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Lead platform governance, demand management, and budgets.
- Oversee engineers for platform development, upgrades, and support.
- Drive AI capability adoption and value realization.
- Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
