Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will lead engagements, manage delivery teams, and ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for value and aligning with account teams.

The role requires 10+ years delivering enterprise technology programs, 6+ years ServiceNow delivery, 4+ years of client-facing leadership, and relevant certifications. Travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs (preferably in consulting/services).
• 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow delivery, including multi-workstream or enterprise-scale programs.
• 4+ years client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders/executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+ years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from post-sales to delivery success: scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing/internal deliverables: project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of delivery methodology and service offerings based on client experience.
• Influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders, providing options with pros/cons/risks.
• Access to training and certification opportunities as part of the ServiceNow Business Group.
