Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead ITSM modernization efforts for the Air Force District of Washington and the Department of the Air Force. This role serves as the technical authority for the ServiceNow platform, guiding design, governance, and scalable delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.

You will design, engineer, and configure ServiceNow to automate ITIL processes, migrate changes to production, and ensure secure, resilient operations across the organization,

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Strong background in ServiceNow development and security architecture.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL Foundation (and EA or advanced ServiceNow certs optional).
• Experience with TPSM modules and cloud-hosted ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Designs, governs, and implements scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Architects, develops, and integrates ServiceNow configurations and APIs.
• Supports migration of changes to production environments and ongoing governance.
• Translates business needs into platform design and automation.
• Collaborates with clients and distributed development teams to guide projects.
