We are seeking an experienced **_ServiceNow Architect_** to join our Strategic Operations Project Team that is chartered to transition AFDW ITSM BMC Helix to ServiceNow. The ServiceNow Architect plays a vital, strategic role in advancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) modernization efforts for the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) and the broader Department of the Air Force (DAF). As the technical authority for the ServiceNow platform, you will serve as the linchpin for transforming legacy IT operations into a modern, automated, and secure enterprise service delivery model. By designing, governing, and scaling business-aligned platform solutions, this role directly enhances AFDW and DAF operational efficiency, reduces capability delivery timelines, and ensures that IT infrastructure remains secure, resilient, and fully aligned with global warfighting and mission‑support objectives.
Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
