Job summary

Seamless Migration LLC seeks a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for a USAF program. You will design, implement, and govern ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, HRSD, App Engine, CMDB and CSDM, ensuring security and DoD compliance.

Strong collaboration with stakeholders and program managers is required. Responsibilities include defining architecture across networks, integrating with Integration Hub and REST APIs, and mentoring teams while

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Translate technical and business requirements into architectural blueprints for federal agencies.
• Lead ServiceNow version upgrades and ensure alignment with best practices and security standards.
• Deep understanding of CMDB and CSDM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for a USAF program.
• Design and develop network and system architectures and define key capabilities and performance requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, HRSD, App Engine, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains.
• Guide developers and administrators on technical design, configuration, and implementation.
