Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Developer to join our Strategic Operations team, modernizing ITSM for the Air Force District of Washington and the DAf. You will build, configure, and deploy workflows, apps, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, driving secure, scalable solutions.

Applicants should bring 8+ years of related experience (or 6+ with a Masters), strong scripting skills, and certifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience or a Masters with 6+ years.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and scripting (JS, Glide, HTML, XML).
• Certified: System Administrator or Certified Application Developer; CIS ITSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engineer SAM/ITAM module configurations and integrations.
• Design end-to-end lifecycle automations and asset workflows.
• Lead platform governance, upgrades, testing, and ATF validations.
