Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a strategic team in Camp Springs, MD. The role serves as the technical authority for the ServiceNow platform, guiding ITSM modernization for the Air Force District of Washington and the Department of the Air Force.

You will design, govern, and scale platform solutions, drive secure, automated IT operations, and coordinate with IT and business teams to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in ServiceNow development and security architecture implementation.
• Experience with ServiceNow TPSM modules (Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) and API frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-hosted ServiceNow implementations spanning TPSM and security/regulatory disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Designs, governs, and implements scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions.
• Designing, engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate ITIL processes.
• Assist with technical design, documentation, and migration to production environments.
• Architects, develops, integrates, and implements ServiceNow solutions.
• Designs, codes, debugs, documents, deploys and maintains solutions for enterprise delivery.
• Participates in design reviews and requirements sessions to deliver automation features.
• Reviews and aligns requirements from teams into ServiceNow development.
• Gathers input from business and IT teams to support ongoing ServiceNow configuration and support.
