Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead modernization efforts for ITSM in the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) and the Department of the Air Force. You will be the technical authority for the ServiceNow platform, designing, governing, and scaling enterprise solutions that improve operational efficiency, security, and compliance across large, mission-critical environments.

You will guide development, integration, and governance of ServiceNow with a focus on TPSM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees considered.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Strong ServiceNow development and security architecture background.
• Experience with TPSM modules and data modeling (CSDM).
• Familiarity with API frameworks and integrations in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and scale ServiceNow solutions for ITSM modernization.
• Lead architecture discussions and liaise with business and IT teams.
• Migrate and implement changes in production environments.
• Collaborate with distributed development teams to deliver automation.
