Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Quality and Service Solutions Manager to design and implement strategic plans that remove customer supply chain inefficiencies through continuous improvement, innovation, and applying service solutions. You will educate the sales team, lead cross-functional projects across departments and with IT, and participate in meetings and trade shows to promote service offerings.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Sales, Finance, Operations or Customer Service.
• 4+ years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate, coach and support the sales team to understand cost and value created by service solutions that drive profitable growth and achieve business results.
• Assist all departments in assessing service performance and plan improvements and implementation of supply chain solutions.
• Attend meetings, presentations and trade shows to promote service solutions offerings.
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure quality, cost, revenue and effectiveness of service.
