Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Service Center Administrator to perform a range of administrative duties within the Service Center operations. You will handle inbound/outbound tasks, review WMS reports, and drive improvements in efficiency while maintaining inventory and records per policy.

The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service experience, and ability to collaborate across levels of the organization. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with company benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound or outbound administrative tasks in the Service Center.
• Review Warehouse Management System reports and implement improvements.
• Maintain inventory of forms, office supplies and optimize housekeeping in the area.
• Preserve and destroy company records per policy; participate in annual inventory and closing.
• Interface with all levels of employees and management.
