Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prominent level of organization and ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior work experience as a Fleet scheduler or Service coordinator is helpful.
• Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize service work to meet customer commitments.
• Handle some billing and on-hold resolution.
• Communicate status changes to customers and field teams.
• Monitor branch activity and implement improvement plans.
