The role emphasizes clear customer updates and proactive issue resolution. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in customer service, strong Excel skills, and experience in fleet scheduling or service coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prominent level of organization and ability to multi task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior work experience as a Fleet scheduler or Service coordinator, very helpful.
• Strong MS Office skills, specifically with Excel

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize service work to meet customer commitments.
• Use ACE/Oracle scheduler to assign calls to technicians based on skills and availability.
• Communicate status with customers and resolve issues; alert management to potential problems.
• Monitor branch activity and implement improvement plans with management.
• Prioritize scheduling backorders and reassign work to manage customer expectations.
• Monitor technician activity to ensure timely arrivals and update customers.
