The successful candidate will use Oracle ACE for dispatch, communicate with customers to resolve issues, and work with branch teams to improve service delivery. Office-based with potential future remote options.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strong customer service background.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Experience coordinating scheduling and billing tasks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the automated scheduler in Oracle (ACE) to assign service calls to the optimal technician based on skills, territories, and availability.
• Communicate and resolve issues with customers and personnel regarding scheduling; alert management to problems.
• Measure branch activity and compliance; develop and implement action plans with branch/region management.
• Prioritize scheduling backorders and track customer issues; reassign work as needed.
• Monitor technician activity and schedules to meet customer commitments and report status to customers.
• All other duties as assigned.
