Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to coordinate service work and optimize field scheduling. You will ensure commitments are met, and some billing and on-hold resolution tasks may be required.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and collaboration with technicians and customers to sustain high service levels. The position starts office-based with potential future remote options, requiring strong Excel and Oracle ACE experience, and a track record in fleet

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prominent level of organization and ability to multi task a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior work experience as a Fleet scheduler or Service coordinator, very helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize service work to meet all customer commitments.
• Use Oracle ACE to assign service calls to the best technician based on skills, territory, and availability.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues and alert management of problems.
• Monitor branch activity and ensure compliance with program initiatives; develop and implement improvement plans.
• Prioritize backorders and reassign work to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Track technician activity and notify customers of status changes for arrivals.
