Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site Service Scheduler to manage incoming service requests, assign technicians, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. You will coordinate with billing and customer support to advance jobs through the process, ensuring customer expectations are met and records stay up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and 2–5 years in service operations or service scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tact and persistence.
• Experience with scheduling labor to align technicians to customer needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service calls under supervision.
• Coordinate technician schedules to meet preventive maintenance and forecast goals.
• Debrief technicians daily and resolve concerns quickly with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in NxGen and related systems.
• Assist with time and expense reporting and timesheet corrections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
