Job summary

TK Elevator in Omaha, NE seeks a sales professional to secure and maintain service accounts and repair work, while building strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet annual revenue goals.

You will drive service and repair growth, develop capital plans for clients, and coordinate with operations to ensure timelines and requirements are met. 1–2 years of elevator sales experience is preferred and knowledge of local codes is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings or blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by leveraging company tools for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1–Tier 3 customers within the territory to build relationships and understand needs.
• Develops capital plans for customers to address building needs.
• Maintains knowledge of products and local elevator code requirements through training and manuals.
• Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs; coordinates with suppliers as needed.
