Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Service Accounts Sales Specialist in Omaha to secure and grow service and repair revenue within assigned territory. You will build relationships with Tier 1–3 customers, develop capital plans, and coordinate bids and change orders with operations and legal as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM data, responding to inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting annual revenue goals in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Experience reading architectural drawings or blueprints preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by leveraging company tools for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting customers within the territory and building long-term relationships.
• Develops capital plans for customers to address building needs.
• Prepares repair job proposals and service contract bids with input from operations.
• Maintains CRM and coordinates submittals, change orders, and approvals.
