Job summary

TK Elevator in Columbus, OH is seeking an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and maintain service accounts, grow repair work, and build strong relationships with customers. You will drive revenue to meet annual goals while leveraging CRM tools and knowledge of elevator products.

The role involves coordinating proposals, renewals, and SOWs, and collaborating with operations to ensure deadlines are met. A background in elevator sales and service contracts is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
• Manages service accounts by visiting with Tier 1, 2 and 3 customers within assigned territory, to develop ongoing relationships with customers and build an understanding of their needs and wants.
• Develops capital plans for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintains knowledge of company products by attending training classes and studying manuals; understands local elevator code requirements.
• Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs using estimating software and, when needed, price estimates from suppliers.
