Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience in elevator sales or industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings or blueprints preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth.
• Visit customers in the territory to develop relationships and understand needs.
• Develop capital plans addressing short- and long-term building needs.
• Prepare repair proposals and service contract bids with cost estimates.
• Monitor current service contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations on SOWs and change orders.
