Job summary

TK Elevator in York, PA is seeking a Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair to grow service and repair revenue. You will manage key service accounts, develop capital plans, and coordinate with operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The role requires 1–2 years of elevator sales experience, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with service/repair and modernization offerings. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting customers to build relationships and understand needs.
• Develops capital plans for customers addressing short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintains knowledge of products and local elevator code requirements.
• Prepares repair job proposals using estimating software; obtains prices for items not in the program.
• Prepares service contract bids and coordinates approvals.
• Responds to questions on quotes and follows up on proposals.
• Monitors current service contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
• Collaborates with operations on SOW and contract administration as needed.
