Job summary

TK Elevator in Houston, TX seeks a Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair to drive service growth and manage key accounts within the assigned territory.

You will develop capital plans, prepare repair proposals, and maintain strong customer relationships while leveraging CRM tools and collaborating with operations to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator industry familiarity, and a proven ability to read architectural drawings and interpret

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings preferred
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth
• Manages service accounts and builds customer relationships in assigned territory
• Develops capital plans and prepares repair/service proposals
• Maintains knowledge of TK Elevator products and local codes
• Uses CRM to manage sales pipeline and follow up on proposals
• Coordinates with operations on SOWs, pricing, and change orders
• Monitors service contracts and ensures customer satisfaction
• Participates in renewal discussions and price increases when appropriate
