Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic financial knowledge (AR/AP, POs, work orders).
• Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, dispatch service, schedule and track calls.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for planned maintenance.
• Attend planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork.
• Process contract service orders, monitor subcontractor pricing and invoicing.
• Maintain customer service binders and assist with customer satisfaction surveys.
