Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Billing Coordinator to deliver world-class customer service while coordinating service with technicians, subcontractors, and clients. You’ll process work orders, renew contracts, and manage invoicing within our dynamic, growth-driven culture.

Ideal candidates excel in phone-based service, possess strong MS Office skills, and demonstrate organizational prowess with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process work order tickets and invoices according to guidelines.
• Renew and invoice service contracts; manage SOW records.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile service paperwork.
• Coordinate technician schedules and maintenance lists.
• Handle inbound customer calls and service dispatching.
• Provide support for other business areas; after-hours calls possible.
• Participate in quality assurance calls as needed.
• Provide service quotes with supervisor assistance.
• Complete projects by prioritizing tasks and managing time.
• Perform other duties as required.
