Overview
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven and forward-thinking Service Billing Coordinator to join our culture. This role answers and responds to incoming customer service calls, coordinating service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated CTC locations. You will work as part of a dynamic team to support growth and provide excellent service, making Convergint the customer’s first choice for service.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers to ensure timely and accurate execution of service delivery.
- Process completed work order tickets and invoices according to CTC guidelines and the customer playbook.
- Complete service contract renewals and invoicing processes. Maintain clear, managed internal records of contract SOWs for each customer.
- Attend weekly planning sessions and conduct weekly service paperwork reconciliation.
- Assist the Service Manager to manage annual preventative maintenance/inspection lists and coordinate technician scheduling.
- Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching (backup to dispatch Service Coordinator), tracking and scheduling of calls, call status tracking and changes, entering new sites, modifying existing sites, and handling general inquiries. May provide support and backup for other areas and may handle calls after hours.
- Participate in quality assurance calls or inquiries with customers as needed.
- Provide service quotes to customers with assistance from a supervisor.
- Complete projects and special assignments by prioritizing, managing time, and adjusting plans as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What you’ll need
- Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
- Basic financial knowledge and the ability to understand basic financials (accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.).
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Shows initiative and proactively seeks opportunities.
- Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.

Requirements
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- Diploma and/or certificate in Business Administration or related office experience
Preferred Experience
- Dispatch and customer service training
- Previous call center, dispatch, or administrative experience
- Experience in a construction industry environment
Pay
Pay Range: $21-26/HR USD
