Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Service Account Manager to grow our service business, manage large accounts, and oversee the sales process within assigned market territory.

You will build strong relationships with customers, coordinate with the Service team to ensure satisfaction, and advocate for customers when issues arise. This role requires 3+ years of direct experience and a two-year degree, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM.

Qualifications

• Two-year relevant degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Experience in direct relevant sales or account management roles (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of service policies, procedures and capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing on new service maintenance agreements and projects.
• Coordinate with the Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and address issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams to enable growth.
• Mentor less-experienced Service Account Managers.
